🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain call logs and update CRM/ticketing systems
Work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
