• Fixed Weekends Off – Saturday & Sunday

• Workdays: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound voice calls from U.S. healthcare clients

• Address queries accurately with empathy & professionalism

• Deliver excellent customer experience – no sales, no targets

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates/Diploma preferred)

• Excellent English communication (neutral accent preferred)

• Comfortable working night shifts

• Freshers & experienced candidates both welcome

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 ₹15,000–₹19,000 in-hand salary
