URGENT HIRING - Insurance Sales (Health Insurance) - Day shift hiring only!!

Transcom India - Kharadi, Pune

Role - Customer Success Associate (Outbound Sales)

Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales

- Call and sell insurance policies to customers, explaining benefits, coverage, and exclusions
- Meet sales targets, build customer relationships, and stay updated on industry developments
- Handle customer queries, facilitate policy purchases, and maintain accurate sales records

Requirements:

- Comfortable with outbound sales and meeting targets
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations will be an added advantage

Qualification - Graduate in any stream

Shift Timings-
Males = 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, 12pm-9pm
Females = 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm
