Job Description – Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher-friendly
Location: Shott Amusement Limited - 1st Floor, KOPA Mall, Mundhwa Rd, Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune, Maharashtra 411001
Age Criteria: 19 – 28 years
Salary:

• Freshers: ₹14,600

• Experienced: ₹15,000 (in-hand)

Eligibility

• 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers

• Explain and demonstrate games

• Handle billing and cashiering

Working Hours

• 9-hour rotational shifts, 1 weekly off

• Weekends & public holidays are working days

Shift Timings:

• Female: 10 AM–7 PM / 11 AM–8 PM / 12 PM–9 PM / 1 PM–10 PM

• Male: 1 PM–10 PM / 2 PM–11 PM / 3 PM–12 AM / 4 PM–1 AM
  Flexibility for all shifts required for first 15 days
