Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

· Delivering the best service experience by reaching on time, being transparent with customers & following the SOP & policies of the company

· Installing/Servicing/Repairing Aquaguard Water Purifiers, Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaners and Air Purifiers.

· Maintaining 6 Calls Per Day Productivity.

· Attend Customer Service Request [Complaint] [minimum 85% to be completed by same day] as per customer.

· Provide Mandatory service as per the SOP.

· Upselling and cross selling of products and attachments

· Documentation of all activities on field as per company process / in mobile app. or in History card as the case applicable

· Expected to charge customers as per the MRP applicable in the Mobile Application and ensure the payment collected from customers are submitted to office same day

· Issue payment receipt where payment is received from customers

· Renew Annual Maintenance Contract from In Warranty & In Contract customer

· Follow up with customer who have not renewed Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and renew the same / update feedback in case AMC is not taken

· Update customer contact details like mobile, Email IDs and validate existing mobile number on every transaction with customer

· To complete the activity in Mobile after job completion and raise more spares requirement if call could not be completed due to lack of spares

· Report to office in the evening and submit tool kit with spares and documents in office including defective spares

· 85% Attendance to be maintained per month

· Drop door lock card at the door in case if customer is not at home during any visit

PREFERRED PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE:

· 1-3 years of experience in handling electronic product servicing as well as customer-facing field experience

· ITI diploma or HSC (10+2) is required education qualification

· Graduates & Durable experience STs are preferred

· Should be willing to travel and have a cycle/bike of his own

· Age should not be more than 35 years

· Local language: Read Write & Speak

· English or Hindi: Read Write & Speak
