Roles & Responsibility -

Position Details – Customer Support Executive

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails for queries, complaints, and service requests.

  • Provide accurate, timely responses and follow up on pending cases.

  • Escalate unresolved issues as per protocol.

  • Maintain records in CRM/ticketing systems.

  • Prepare and update Excel-based MIS reports.

Please Note –

 Office Timing – 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Flexible 9 hours)

Working Days – Monday to Saturday (First and last Saturday working)
