Visit Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation offices regularly for submission and follow-up of bills and official files
Track payment status of submitted bills and collect acknowledgements/receipts
Follow up on pending files, approvals and signatures from concerned departments
Maintain proper record of bill submission dates, inward numbers and payment updates
Coordinate with office staff and provide daily status reports
Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of important documents
Support basic office work like photocopying, scanning and document arrangement
Requirements:
