We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Aarya Enterprise. This role involves building relationships with customers. Identifying customer's problems through communicate with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 along with performance-based opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Customer's problems.
Take the feedback from customers about their services.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Communicate and understand customer's suggestions, ensuring smooth execution of the feedback process.
Maintain a record of feedbacks activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is HSC and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to communicate is important for this profile. Proficiency in communicate with customers is an added advantage.
