Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Junior US Accountant to support daily bookkeeping and financial maintenance for our US-based clientele. Operating during US night shifts, you will manage AP/AR transactions, perform essential bank and vendor reconciliations, and assist senior staff with month-end closing tasks using QuickBooks or Xero.

Role: Junior US Accountant
Experience: 0–2 years
Shift: Night shift / US Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: Depends on Interview
Location: Onsite/Remote (as per requirement)

Responsibilities

Daily bookkeeping for US clients
Posting AP/AR transactions
Bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations
Maintaining accounting records
Supporting payroll postings
Working on QuickBooks / Xero
Assist senior accountants in month-end tasks

Required Skills

wGood understanding of accounting basics
Strong Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
QuickBooks/Xero (training will be provided)
Good English communication
Willingness to work in US shift
