About Us:

Ring Finance a leading financial institution, seeks an experienced Collection Team Leader to join our team in Howrah, East & West Midnapore.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Collection Team Leader to manage our collection operations in Howrah, East & West Midnapore. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of collection practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of collection agents
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex collection issues
• Provide coaching and training to team members

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in collection or related field
• Proven track record of success in leading teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of collection practices and regulations
• Ability to travel within Howrah, Garia, Canning, East & West Midnapore

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services or banking industry
