We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader – BPO Operations to lead and motivate a team of customer support executives. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth daily operations, meet performance targets, and maintain high-quality customer service standards.⸻Key Responsibilities:	•	Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of BPO agents to achieve performance goals (quality, productivity, and attendance)	•	Monitor call quality, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews	•	Handle escalated calls and resolve complex customer issues effectively	•	Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and KPIs	•	Ensure compliance with company processes and service level agreements (SLAs)	•	Conduct training or refresher sessions for team members	•	Coordinate with management for process improvements and new initiatives	•	Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional work environment⸻Required Skills & Qualifications:	•	Graduate in any stream	•	2–5 years of experience in a BPO environment (at least 1 year as a Team Leader preferred)	•	Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills	•	Strong knowledge of BPO KPIs (AHT, CSAT, SLA, etc.)	•	Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools	•	Ability to manage pressure and meet targets
