Cleaning & Sanitation:
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas.
Ensure garbage is emptied and disposed of properly.
Food Preparation:
Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients as instructed.
Mix ingredients and assist in basic cooking/prep tasks.
Prepare sauces, dressings, and simple food items under supervision.
Support Roles:
Assist chefs and cooks during meal preparation and service.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
Follow health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures.
Equipment Handling:
Operate basic kitchen equipment (mixers, slicers, etc.).
Report faulty or broken equipment to supervisors.
