Job Title: Commis II (Commi 2)

Reports To: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling, chopping, cutting vegetables, and marinating meats).

• Follow recipes and instructions from the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food preparation areas.

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking (mise en place).

• Assist in preparing sauces, garnishes, and simple dishes under supervision.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Support other kitchen sections as needed.

• Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.

• Help in cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils.

• It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
