International Travel Sales Executive (Experienced Only)

Location: Kolkata

We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Executive with over 1 year of experience in International Travel Sales, specifically in the US/UK process. This is a full-time position with night shifts, and we are looking for immediate joiners.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries, provide accurate fare solutions, and convert leads into confirmed bookings, similar to how a tech support agent resolves issues with precision and confidence.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer travel queries on calls

- Provide flight options, fares, and routing support

- Convert warm leads into bookings

- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications

- Maintain high call quality and sales conversion standards

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills

- Experience in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) preferred

- Proven travel sales closing background

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, support-driven environment
