Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling multiple positions across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring timelines
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and database
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates till offer rollout and joining
Maintain recruitment tracker and MIS reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure good candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
Hands-on experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
Good stakeholder management skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
