We are looking for a Salon Worker to join our team [Urban Company] to provide beauty treatments, such as hairstyling/ makeup/ facials/ hair removal/ manicures/pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹50000 - ₹75000 and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.
Provide beauty services such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and basic makeup
Perform hair removal (waxing)/hairstyling.
Follow client’s preference and recommend hairstyles, nail colors, and skincare routines.
Promote relevant beauty products and services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with skin care therapies like moisturising, exfoliating, peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized cosmetic services. A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
