Job Title: Operations Manager – Corporate Events
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of corporate events. The role involves planning, coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring seamless on-ground execution of events while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations
Manage end-to-end event operations from concept to execution
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver accordingly
Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management (venues, production, logistics, etc.)
Develop event timelines, budgets, and ensure cost control
Supervise on-site event execution and troubleshoot any issues
Lead and manage operations team and freelancers
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and legal requirements
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients
Prepare post-event reports and analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of experience in corporate event management (mandatory)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools
