Purchase Executive

Procurement & Vendors:

• Purchase spares, raw materials, and packaging.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and ensure timely delivery.

Sourcing & Costing:

• Plan sourcing activities, track market trends, control costs, and maintain product quality.
• Team Coordination:
• Work with Marketing, R&D, and Stores teams on packaging, storage, and compliance matters.

Compliance & Records:

• Follow company policies, manage contracts, maintain ISO standards, and update ERP/SAP systems.

• B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical or EEE) preferred.
• MBA in Supply Chain is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in ERP, English communication, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, machine maintenance and experience in mechanical component sourcing.
• Should handle vendor management, cost control, and ISO compliance.
