Marketing Executive (Offline) & Event Coordinator Male candidate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Executive to handle offline marketing activities and coordinate showroom events. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of promoting brand visibility in the local market.

Offline Marketing Responsibilities:

Plan and execute local area marketing activities
Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials
Coordinate hoardings, banners, and print advertisements
Visit nearby shops, offices, schools, and institutions for promotion
Build relationships with local businesses for tie-ups
Organize customer referral programs
Conduct field marketing and collect customer data
Support sales team with walk-in customer generation

Event Coordination Responsibilities:

Invite customers and VIP guests personally
Coordinate with CRE
Manage event setup and execution smoothly
Handle stage arrangements and guest reception
Ensure proper customer follow-up after events

Required Skills:

Good communication and public relation skills
Strong field marketing ability
Basic event management knowledge
Confidence in meeting new people
Time management and coordination skills

Qualification:

Any Degree
Fresher or 1–3 years experience in marketing or event coordination
