Department: Sales & Operations
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
Coordinate with the Sales team, Warehouse team, and Customers to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatches.
Manage daily sales follow-ups, track order status, and share regular updates with internal stakeholders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Excel and ERP systems.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability.
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP and maintain sales-related documentation.
Support the Operations team in planning and execution of dispatch schedules.
Handle queries, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Collaborate with logistics partners or internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Identify process gaps and contribute to operational improvements.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and warehouse operations.
Understanding of order processing, dispatch workflow, and sales operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
Detail-oriented with good follow-up and documentation skills.
Graduate in any discipline; experience in Sales Support/Operations preferred.
