Claims Processing – Inbound LOB

Position: Customer Success Associate

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Nyati Plaza, 15th Floor, Kharadi, Pune

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years documented experience in domestic health insurance claims

End-to-end cashless/reimbursement claim handling

Policy verification & medical record review

Documentation coordination & escalation handling

🔹 Salary:

Up to 6 LPA

(Max 30% hike on last drawn CTC)

🔹 Shift:

Rotational | 6 Days Working

(Females – Day shift till 8 PM)
