Job Description
Checking & Distributing To The Concerned Person For Incoming Paperwork / Mails (Correspondence, Invoices, Notices Etc.)
Sorting All Papers Alphabetically And According To Content, Dates, Significance Etc.
Store All Paperwork In Designated Files.
Create And Update Records With New Files And Information.
Develop An Efficient Filing System To Make Updating And Retrieving Files Easier.
Monitor Inventory Of Files, Documents Etc.
Should Be Willing To Do All Office And Clerical Work.
Job Requirements:
Need To Be Local Or Less Office Commute (<5km)
Should Have Worked As Filing Clerk For Minimum 3 Years.
Knowledge Of Filing Systems& Files Categorisation.
Need Have Good Command On English Language To Read And Understand.
