Job Description:

Peal Baagh Tea Private Limited is looking for a Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in the FMCG sector, specifically dealing with dry fruits and spices. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of quality raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure raw materials including dry fruits, spices, and tea-related inputs as per company requirements

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors

- Ensure quality standards, competitive pricing, and timely delivery

- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse & production team

- Handle purchase orders (PO), follow-ups, and payment coordination

- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and availability of FMCG commodities

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG procurement

- Sourcing Vendors experience related to Dry Fruits & Spices.

- Mandatory experience in dry fruits and spices purchasing

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Good communication and coordination skills
