Dudhi Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leading Indian manufacturer of FRP/GFRP/Composite, SMC, and Gypsum-based infrastructure and building products, is inviting applications for the position of Tender Executive – E-Tendering & Documentation Liaisoning within the Sales Support / Tendering function.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end e-tendering operations across Government and PSU procurement platforms. The role involves managing tender search, evaluation, documentation, submission, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support institutional and project-based business across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete e-tendering lifecycle including tender search, analysis, preparation, submission, and follow-ups

• Regularly track opportunities on portals such as GeM, CPPP, e-Procure, State DISCOM, Railways, and PSU portals

• Prepare and upload technical, commercial, and compliance documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Factory, QA, Management) for required inputs

• Manage EMD, BG, CPBG, and PBG documentation and bank coordination

• Track corrigendums, respond to bid clarifications, and support post-bid follow-ups

• Maintain tender records, submission logs, and document control

• Liaison with departments, consultants, and portal authorities as required

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict)

2–3 years of proven experience in e-tendering and Government/PSU tender documentation

• Experience must be within building materials, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or EPC sector

• Candidates must have completed their education through regular mode only (no distance/correspondence and no education gap)

• Only full-time salaried professionals will be considered (no freelancers or independent consultants)

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of tender documents, ATC, BOQ, and technical specifications

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, PDF tools, and online procurement portals

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tenders simultaneously

• Candidate must have a personal laptop for official work

• Knowledge of compliance registrations and certifications will be an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits

Probation: 6 Months

Post-Confirmation CTC: ₹6,00,000 per annum (₹6 LPA) (fixed)

• Incentives on allocated tenders as per company policy
