Back Office Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and online meetings to promote SolidWorks solutions.

• Understand customer needs, provide product demonstrations, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to generate opportunities.

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Stay up-to-date with SolidWorks product knowledge and industry trends.
