We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team! If you're passionate about working on GEM portals, government tenders, and ensuring timely submissions, this is your opportunity to shine in a growing, fast-paced organization.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Daily GEM & tender portal operations

Tender documentation & online submission

Downloading and analyzing new tenders

Coordinating with clients/vendors for technical & commercial data

Preparing comparative statements (L1 Analysis)

Vendor registrations on GEM, NTPC, IOCL, ONGC, etc.

Maintaining submission trackers & follow-ups

GEM product/service listing & order processing

🎓 Required Skills:

Graduate (Any Discipline) – Technical background is a plus

1–3 years of relevant experience in GEM or Tendering

Familiarity with GEM Portal, E-procurement sites

Basic knowledge of documentation (Bids, BOQ, Technical Sheets)

Strong MS Excel & PDF editing skills

Good communication & coordination skills
