We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations in a fast-paced advertising agency. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative and operational workflows, supporting client service teams, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining documentation
Maintain and update internal records, databases, and project documentation.
Support the creative, client servicing, and media teams with operational tasks.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and maintain expense records.
Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and external suppliers as needed.
Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings, shoots, and events.
Ensure timely filing, archiving, and tracking of client contracts and briefs.
Assist in generating reports for campaign performance, billing, and resource utilization.
Perform data entry, document formatting, and proofreading as required.
Support HR and finance teams with onboarding documents, attendance, and leave tracking.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement..
