Role Overview:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Supervisor who can take care of labour, vendors, and on-site work execution for our residential interior projects.

You’ll handle 4–5 sites that are clustered in West Hyderabad (within 6 km radius of where you stay).
This is a labour-intensive, on-site role — no client meetings, just ensure that work moves smoothly, quality is maintained, and timelines are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site & Labour Management

• Handle and supervise daily labour work at multiple sites.

• Maintain worker attendance, safety, and site cleanliness.

• Resolve small on-site issues quickly to avoid work delays.
  

2. Vendor & Material Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for painting, waterproofing, carpentry, electrical, and material supply.

• Ensure timely delivery and correct usage of materials at the site.

• Communicate with the internal team about material or vendor-related issues.

3. Project Execution & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day site progress and ensure execution as per designer’s drawings.

• Visit 4–5 sites daily (within nearby cluster) to monitor work.

• Share daily updates, photos, and progress reports with the team on WhatsApp or calls.

Key Requirements:

Experience & Background

• 2–6 years of experience in construction, interiors, carpentry, or site engineering.

• Should come from interior design or related industry background.

Skills & Abilities

• Must be confident in managing labour and vendors.

• Able to read drawings and follow designer instructions.

• Should be responsible, practical, and solution-oriented.

Location & Mobility

• Must reside in West Hyderabad (we assign sites near your area).

• Should have a two-wheeler for daily site visits.

Education

• No specific degree required — hands-on experience is more valued.

Work Schedule:

• 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible based on site work)
