Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end interior design projects – from concept development to execution
  
  

• Create layouts, mood boards, 2D/3D designs, and working drawings as per client requirements
  
  

• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and supervise on-site work progress
  
  

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  
  

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, color schemes, furniture, and lighting
  
  

• Prepare BOQ, material lists, and project schedules
  
  

• Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards
  
  

• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback effectively
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in interior design (residential/commercial)
  
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop or similar design tools
  
  

• Strong creative and detailing sense in space planning, material selection, and aesthetics
  
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
  

• Must be able to manage projects independently and lead client meetings
