Job Description

We are looking for Internal Auditors with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have audit experience—preferably from CA firms—and will ensure effective internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits for core business processes: P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), PPC (Production Planning & Control), H2R (Hire to Retire), and RCM (Risk & Compliance Management).

• Review financial transactions, vendor payments, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems.

• Identify operational and financial risks and recommend improvements.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and share findings with management.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, SAP/Oracle, and audit tools.

• Understanding of key business processes (P2P, O2C, PPC, H2R, RCM).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling data.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) /Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA.

• Experience: 3–4 years in internal audit, finance, or compliance (CA firm experience preferred).
