ABOUT THE ROLE
Aretto is looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive / Telecaller to connect with customers from our existing database and convert them into successful orders. The role focuses on reviving dormant customers, driving sales through outbound calls, and delivering a helpful product consultation experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make 80+ outbound calls daily to engage potential customers.
Convert calls into orders with a 5–10% conversion rate.
Achieve monthly sales target of 150 pairs of shoes.
Upsell accessories or multi-pack purchases to increase average order value (1.2 items per order).
Update and maintain 100% accuracy of assigned leads in CRM.
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Objection handling and sales closing ability
Empathy-led customer interaction
Basic numerical skills for value-based selling
CRM handling and multitasking
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Goods is preferred
