Role Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role involves handling customer complaints, managing WhatsApp and email communication, supporting basic WhatsApp & email marketing, gathering customer reviews, and helping improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via WhatsApp, email, and calls

  • Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, and sizing

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions

  • Support WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns (launches, offers, updates)

  • Proactively collect customer feedback and reviews post-purchase

  • Track recurring issues and share insights to improve customer experience


Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience in a customer care / customer support role will be an added advantage

  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)

  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and basic systems/tools

  • Empathetic, patient, organized, and solution-oriented

  • Interest in fitness, running, or activewear is a plus
