Role Summary
We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role involves handling customer complaints, managing WhatsApp and email communication, supporting basic WhatsApp & email marketing, gathering customer reviews, and helping improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and complaints via WhatsApp, email, and calls
Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, exchanges, and sizing
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions
Support WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns (launches, offers, updates)
Proactively collect customer feedback and reviews post-purchase
Track recurring issues and share insights to improve customer experience
Skills & Requirements
Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline
Experience in a customer care / customer support role will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi is a plus)
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and basic systems/tools
Empathetic, patient, organized, and solution-oriented
Interest in fitness, running, or activewear is a plus
