We are looking for an accountant (fresher or experienced) for our RERA Consultancy Firm based in sector 96 Noida. RERA is a new law which regulates the real estate transactions. Key roles & responsibilities :-
Manage registrations & compliances across different states
Interact with banks, authorities and other departments for smooth functioning of work
Coordinate with clients for data, prepare reports and maintain good follow up
Close leads received from different sources and up sell services
Interact with prospective clients and prepare summary sheets for the management to evaluate
Manage office admin and related work
