Job description
Handle incoming client queries related to financial products and services across equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency markets.
Make proactive outbound calls to clients for placing and assisting with financial transactions in various market segments.
Provide operational assistance for clients, including processing and executing financial product transactions end to end.
Independently manage client requirements, ensuring timely resolution of service needs and maintaining high service standards.
Roles and responsibilities
Acquire and service clients for equity and derivative broking, mutual funds, and insurance products.
Generate brokerage revenue from both existing clients and newly activated clients.
Offer customized investment advice aligned with client portfolios and their short-term and long-term financial goals.
Build, maintain, and nurture strong client relationships to support sustainable business growth.
Prepare and follow a weekly calendar for client meetings using the existing client database.
Develop and implement strategies to convert inquiries and leads into active, revenue-generating clients.
Send weekly engagement emails and updates to clients to keep them informed and connected.
Organize monthly webinars or quarterly client interaction sessions to enhance engagement and education.
Encourage and manage client referrals, and collect feedback for continuous improvement in services.
Activate inactive clients through structured re-engagement initiatives and follow-ups.
