Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome guests warmly and assist them in purchasing or recharging game cards/tokens.
· Operate POS systems for cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
· Issue receipts, game cards, or tokens as per purchases.
· Explain pricing packages, promotions, and game rules to customers as needed.
· Manage refunds, exchanges, and balance registers at the start and end of shifts.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism.
· Monitor guest activity to ensure a safe and positive gaming environment.
· Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and assist in keeping the front area tidy.
· Collaborate with other staff to ensure excellent customer service and facility operations.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience
· Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred; experience in a gaming or entertainment venue is a plus.
· Basic computer and POS system skills.
· Strong numerical and multitasking abilities.
· Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills.
