Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Professionals to support the growth of our IT services vertical. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology sales and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The position involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth, primarily focusing on B2B IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions
2. Manage the complete sales cycle including lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
3. Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, presentations, demos, and follow-ups
4. Work on B2B IT sales (corporates, startups, enterprises, and partners)
5. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
6. Achieve individual and team-based sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
7. Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and data using CRM tools
8. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) for smooth onboarding and delivery
9. Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
