Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Purchase Entry Manager with a strong background in the garment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recording all purchase entries related to raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory items. Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Accurately enter all purchase-related data into the system for warehouse records.
    •    Maintain up-to-date records of incoming stock, invoices, and vendor details.
    •    Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to verify receipts and resolve discrepancies.
    •    Track and manage inventory levels; assist in stock audits and reconciliations.
    •    Generate reports using Excel for internal tracking and audits.
    •    Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and industry standards.
    •    Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase documentation and delivery confirmations.
    •    Work closely with the accounts team for purchase-related documentation.

Requirements:
    •    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchase entry or inventory management, specifically in the garment industry (compulsory).
    •    Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
    •    Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory software (e.g., ERP systems).
    •    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    •    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    •    Strong communication and coordination skills.
Salary 30k to 35k
