Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately
Issue bills, receipts, refunds, and change to customers
Maintain daily cash register and reconcile cash at the end of the shift
Record all transactions in billing software or POS system
Ensure correct pricing and discounts are applied
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash counter
Assist customers with queries regarding billing and payments
Report discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor
Support inventory and store operations when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 10+2 or Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
Experience with POS systems and MS Excel (preferred)
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic math and numerical skills
Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
