Position - Warehouse Executive

Location - Koshimbi (Bhiwandi)

Experience - 2 - 3 Years

1. Ensure and monitor all pending material outside/inside whenever a particular vehicle is loading for delivery or transport and if any pending then info to respective person and Logistic Dept/Senior in time.

2. Printing DO/Challan and Gate Pass and ensuring all DO material will be delivered by the end of day if any pending give report to respective person and Logistic Dept/Senior in time

3. Ensure all vehicles for delivery are unloading timely to customer/transport end if any issue raises then immediately report to respective person and Logistic Dept/Senior.

4. Ensure that all Transport LR and sign copies receive in time if any issue informs the respective person and Logistic Dept/Senior.

5. Submission of report in time which required to submit as per HO to Logistic Dept/Senior.

6. Give a report of any off road accessories /eqpt pertaining to the office area immediately to the Logistic Dept/Senior.

7. If any mistake, wrong delivery done by driver/worker same to inform Logistic Dept/Senior immediately.

8. Special tempo delivery/transport related decisions take in time with discussion and taking proper approval with the respective person and Logistic Dept/Senior.

9. Any Godown related info, complaint received by any source regarding worker/customers/material should inform the Logistic Dept/Senior in time and take necessary action accordingly.
