We are looking for a Picker / Loader to join our team at at Shubh Plastics. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

Picking items from racks as per order requirement
Checking quantities, product codes, and specifications before dispatch
Ensuring accurate labeling and correct product identification
Assisting in loading and unloading of materials
Maintaining cleanliness and systematic arrangement of stock
Daily stock counting and reporting discrepancies
Coordinating with warehouse supervisor for daily tasks

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 4 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
