Job Title: Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Logistics Executive to handle all aspects of logistics operations, including packing, loading/unloading, shipping coordination, and inventory management. The role involves physical handling of machines and materials, coordination with internal teams and transporters, and ensuring smooth, timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Dispatch Preparation:

Pack machinery, spare parts, and accessories securely using appropriate materials to avoid damage during transit.

Label and prepare items for shipment as per company standards.

Assist in loading and unloading machines, including lifting and positioning equipment.

Shipment & Delivery Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate dispatch of goods through transporters or courier services.

Ensure all shipments are dispatched on time and reach customers without damage.

Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal teams.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Maintain organized storage of machines and materials.

Update stock records and conduct physical verification as needed.

Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods.

Documentation:

Generate and manage transport-related documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.).

Maintain accurate records of all dispatch and receipt transactions.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

Work closely with the Technical and Sales teams to understand dispatch priorities and installation schedules.

Ensure machines and accessories are dispatched as per installation or customer deadlines.

Customer Support:

Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and address logistics-related queries.

Ensure smooth coordination for delivery and machine installation.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass; a degree or diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse roles.

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy machinery with proper safety measures.

Familiarity with packing materials, loading techniques, and shipping practices.

Basic knowledge of Excel, inventory tools, and transport documentation.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
