Job Description

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Content Writer who has previously worked in the finance, investment, or business content space. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Indian audience psychology, storytelling, and content structures that maximize engagement and retention on YouTube.

The primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, research-driven, and engaging video scripts that simplify complex topics and keep viewers hooked till the end.

⚠️ Only candidates with relevant niche experience (Finance/Business/Investment) should apply. Freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging and well-structured YouTube scripts in Hindi/Hinglish.
Conduct deep research on finance, investment, and business topics
Create strong hooks, storytelling flow, and engaging narratives
Simplify complex financial concepts for a mass audience
Optimize scripts for watch time, retention, and audience engagement
Develop content ideas aligned with current trends and audience interest
Work closely with the team to refine scripts based on feedback
Ensure factual accuracy and originality of content

Requirements

Prior experience writing content in finance, investment, or business niche (mandatory)
Experience working with YouTube channels (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Indian audience psychology and content consumption behavior
Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills
Ability to make content simple, engaging, and relatable
Strong research and fact-checking skills
Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Preferred Skills

Experience writing case studies or educational content
Understanding of YouTube SEO and content strategy
Ability to write in Hindi (Devanagari) + Hinglish (Roman)
Knowledge of viewer retention techniques and viral content structure
