Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our client place based at Ludhiana. This role involves managing storage, Inventory, Inward, Outward, FIFO and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹22,000 - ₹28,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Maintain accurate stock levels through physical verification and system entries.

• Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse.

• Labelling and storing items in the correct locations.

• Identifying and reporting discrepancies or damaged goods

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of stock rotation methods

• Basic MS Excel (for stock updates, reports).

• Accurately recording and verifying item quantities and product codes.
