We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team at at Lancer Synergy (opc) Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹22000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.
Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.
Check the quality of goods before dispatch.
Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.
Monitor and update inventory regularly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
Computer Literacy with Good Command in MS Office.
• Prepared Monthly Debtors Reports and Provision
• Knowledge of Accounting software
• Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors
• Managed Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Departments.
• Cash and Bank Reconciliation.
• ITR Filing, TDS Return Filing Profit and Loss Balance Sheets Reporting.
• Preparation of Financial Statements, Cash Flows, and Associated Notes.
• Maintaining General Ledger/ Inventory.
• Preparing MIS (Debtors Aging, Target Report, Cheque and Cash), Financial Statements,
Including Tax Returns.
• Maintain sales and Purchase Ledger and finalize Balance Sheet.
