Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing items)
Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and management of PO, WO & contracts
Site-wise inventory control, stock verification, and material movement
Coordination with site, finance, and accounts teams
MIS reporting, cost control, and consumption tracking

Requirements:

Graduate (Civil / Commerce preferred)
4–5 years of experience in real estate/construction purchase & inventory
Ability to draft Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and contracts
Knowledge of ERP/Inventory systems, and MS Excel
Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills
Good communication skills in English & Gujarati
