Job Description

🔹 Position: Client Onboarding Specialist – RCM

📍 Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

🕘 Night Shift (US Hours)

💼 4+ Years in US Healthcare RCM

We are looking for an experienced RCM professional with strong exposure to client onboarding, implementation, and software migration (PMS/EMR transitions).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding from transition to go-live

  • Handle system setup and data migration during implementation

  • Conduct basic account analysis (AR, collections, payer mix)

  • Coordinate with US clients and internal teams

  • Lead onboarding calls and ensure smooth stabilization

Requirements:

✔ 4+ years in US Healthcare RCM

✔ Software migration experience

✔ Strong understanding of AR & billing workflows

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Comfortable working Night Shift (WFO)
