Job Description

🔹 Position: Client Onboarding Specialist – RCM

📍 Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

🕘 Night Shift (US Hours)

💼 4+ Years in US Healthcare RCM

We are looking for an experienced RCM professional with strong exposure to client onboarding, implementation, and software migration (PMS/EMR transitions).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end client onboarding from transition to go-live
Handle system setup and data migration during implementation
Conduct basic account analysis (AR, collections, payer mix)
Coordinate with US clients and internal teams
Lead onboarding calls and ensure smooth stabilization

Requirements:

✔ 4+ years in US Healthcare RCM

✔ Software migration experience

✔ Strong understanding of AR & billing workflows

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Comfortable working Night Shift (WFO)
