Project Executive

Key responsibilities

• Project Coordination:

  • Manage project planning and execution from start to finish.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project milestones and goals.

  • Ensure timely conversion of invoices to Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).

• Vendor Management:

  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of required assets.

  • Ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are raised in advance for assigned sites.

  • Track and maintain records of all asset deliveries.

  • Process vendor payments and perform reconciliation with accounting books.

• Asset and Facility Management:

  • Track and report on existing asset metrics to reduce costs.

  • Oversee maintenance and administration of building-related issues, including utilities, electrical, and security systems.

  • Manage budgets for operational expenditures (OpEx) and capital expenditures (Capex).

• Implementation and Support:

  • Support initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction through project deliverables.

  • Ensure a smooth transition for projects into daily operations.

  • Collaborate with project managers to identify potential issues and risks.

  • Assist with staff management and provide coaching as needed.
