Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and
profitability of the regional office. This includes managing daily logistics operations, supervising staff,
ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining service quality, petty cash and achieving business targets
while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
Oversee daily branch operations, including pickup, sorting, and delivery activities
Ensure timely and efficient dispatch and delivery of shipments
Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly
2. Team Management
Supervise and manage field staff, delivery executives, and office staff
Ensure proper manpower planning, attendance, and discipline
Conduct performance reviews and provide training and guidance
3. Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve branch revenue and growth targets
4. Customer Service
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
Maintain high service standards and client retention
5. Financial & Cost Control
Manage branch expenses and ensure cost optimisation
Monitor cash handling, billing, and collections
6. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Maintain proper documentation and submit regular MIS reports
7. Quality & Process Improvement
Ensure compliance with QMS standards and internal audit requirements
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
3–7 years of experience in courier/logistics operations only
Prior experience in team handling and branch operations preferred
