Job Description – Picker & Packer (Blinkit)

Salary: ₹14,875 – ₹16,875 per month
Shift: Rotational Shift
Location: Blinkit Warehouse

Job Summary:
Blinkit is hiring Picker & Packer Associates to handle daily warehouse operations. The role includes picking customer orders, packing items safely, and maintaining warehouse accuracy and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from inventory as per order list

• Pack and seal products safely for dispatch

• Check product quality and expiry dates

• Maintain stock accuracy and follow warehouse guidelines

• Assist in loading/unloading when required

• Follow safety and hygiene standards during operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass

• Freshers can apply

• Ability to stand/walk during shift hours

• Basic reading & counting skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
