Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: US Shift (EST/PST as per business need)
Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Bench Sales

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter with hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants across the US IT staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor relations, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to place consultants on C2C/W2 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients in the US.

• Work on C2C/W2 requirements and achieve placements for consultants.

• Maintain and update consultant profiles, skill matrix, and availability.

• Submit consultants to open requirements and follow up for interview/closure.

• Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors/clients.

• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end submission process.

• Maintain good relationships with vendors and build new vendor connections.

• Track submissions, interviews, and placements on a daily basis.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for submissions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales and vendor management.

• Excellent knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

• Familiarity with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work in US time zones.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
